We are a licensed insurance agency that helps Medicare-eligible individuals understand and compare insurance options. This is a solicitation for insurance. A licensed insurance agent may contact you. We do not offer every plan available in your area; any information we provide is limited to those plans we do offer.

SMS program and messaging use cases. By submitting a form or opting in, you consent to be contacted by Fritcher Senior Benefit (a DBA of ATG Healthcare Consulting LLC) and its authorized representatives by phone, email, and/or text message, including through automated technology, as described at the point of opt-in. Our SMS program is used to send appointment confirmations and reminders, Medicare plan quote follow-ups, enrollment-period notifications (AEP, OEP, IEP, SEP), annual plan review reminders, customer service responses, and — where separately consented — promotional updates about the Medicare and insurance products we offer. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Age restriction. You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to and receive text messages from us.

Message frequency and rates. Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy and no sharing. Mobile information and consent records (including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
